The tool used in this project is Ishikawa Diagram, which is chosen due to its versatility and ability to categorize and find the root causes of the problem. The findings of this project are the root causes of the problem that are categorized in four aspect; manpower, nature, vehicle, and social. Manpower denotes the problem caused by the lack of inspectors, nature problem refers to occurrences caused by nature such as storm and rain, vehicle problems are those caused by the malfunctioning transportation vehicle, and finally social problems are problems associated with people around the sites such as village conflict.
