This research was conducted in two methods, both qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative methods conducted by collecting data through direct interviews to a number of customers and marketing manager of Indovision. The quantitative method was done by distributing questionnaires to 170 customers of X in Jakarta and Bandung. There are only 132 of 170 questionnaires that valid and used in this research.
