Organization culture is the behavior which had been shaped in the organization to recognize one organization with others, except name, form, and other infrastructural things. Every organization may have different culture depend on the management, believed values, norms, etc. Conventional bank and Islamic bank may have different culture. In recent years, some conventional banks also develop Islamic bank. Even they have almost the same name, the organization culture will be different depends on the management.In this research, researcher try to map the preferred and current culture which already been shaped in these two organizations, to identify the significant different between both banks.
