National Single Window (NSW) integrates all government agencies related to licensing imports and exports activities. Indonesia government fully applies NSW export system in KPPBC Tanjung Perak Surabaya. The goal of this research is to know implementation of the NSW system and to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of export custom clearance both before and after NSW implementation. This is descriptive research with KPPBC Tanjung Perak Surabaya as the research object. The data that was collected then to be analyzed based on export customs services process before and after the implementation of the NSW system. The results of this research show that NSW System in KPPBC Tanjung Perak Surabaya integrated custom service system with OGA system through single NSW portal. The export processing efficiency in KPPBC Tanjung Perak not changes significantly. There are no significantly changes in time, cost and documentation required to obtain export approval both before and after NSW system. However, export customs clearance operation which is supported by NSW system at Tanjung Perak KPPBC running quite effective. It can be seen from the increase in circulation of goods to be exported via Tanjung Perak Surabaya.
