PT. Safilindo Permata is a knitted fabric dyeing company. PT. Safilindo Permata was established in 1990 by Adrianto Darwis. The company is located in south Bandung, West Java which is known for its fashion industry. The process of company turns raw fabric (grey) into ready-to-cut knitted fabric to produce T-shirt. Nowadays the competition of this industry is very tight, the competition comes not just from local competitors but also from global competitors (especially when ACFTA is officially published). The intense competition has caused customers being more selective about quality and price is constantly going down. In order to face the condition, company need to change immediately. PT. Safilindo Permata must continue to improve the quality and efficiency of its production. The company has to keep its loyal customers. For that reason, the company need Performance Management System, thus competitive advantages, and continuous improvement can be maintained, in accordance to company vision “To be a company with sustainable competitive advantage and continuously improve”. The design of Performance Management System in this Final Project is using the method of Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) which is developed by Wibisono, 2006. The selection of IPMS Method is based on consideration that this method has a complete framework, easy to understand, and have a clear connection between the variables. The designing process is started from: The basic of PMS, method of analysis of business environment, how to connect strategies with PMS, performance measurement frameworks, and implementation steps.
