This research was conducted to determine the character of entrepreneurial culture in PT. X so that companies know where the strengths and weaknesses would be the capital in the competition. Knowing all that, this study uses a two questionnaires, they are Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) which both aim to measure the entrepreneurial culture within the company. This research was done at plant 1, a production division in PT. X, with the number of employees respondent 27 people and 22 people from the ranks of management.
