This research provides a performance management system for angklung production division using Integrated Performance Management System (Wibisono, 2006). By using this method, researcher determines variables and key performance indicators for the measurement of the division, which are divided into the three perspectives in the IPMS. These three perspectives are the organization result, the internal process, and resource availability. This research also provides the validation of the variables to make sure that the variables are applicable in the production division, and also the linkage for the cause - effect matters. Conclusion made is that XYZ must do some improvement within the production division where the most important of those is that the division must have a complete historical document.
