The research of this paper held in PT. XYZ, a state-owned company. The businesses of this company consisting of leasing land and building for plants and logistics services to support, such as forwarding and warehousing. Like any other industry, property industry faces uncertainties in running the business. Problem arises from investors who are unable to perform their obligations, in form of account receivables to PT.XYZ. There are 2 types of investors in PT. XYZ that need to be focused on this project, property service companies and logistics service companies.
