Innovation is an important topic in the study of economics, business, entrepreneurship, design, technology, sociology, and engineering. In innovation, there a step of innovation such as Idea Generation, Idea Screening, Concept Development and Testing, Business Analysis, Beta Testing and Market Testing, Technical Implementation, Commercialization (often considered post-NPD), New Product Pricing. These steps may be modified as needed. In short, all of these steps could be classified as the preparation/planning phase. But, the writer think that this preparation phase is very important because this stage is very influential in the success of a new product that will be released/will be launched to the market.
