This research identifies the main problems of the farmers in Papakmanggu, Ciwidey in producing vegetables. Besides that, this research provides the appropriate programs to develop farmers, report all the implementation and result based on the programs, and some recommendations for that village in order to improve the quality of their human resources to achieve maximal vegetables production.
