Uncertainty in the business environment will increase the exposure to business risks. This final project is to present an evaluation methodology for measuring and evaluating the financial market risks analysis of new investment in the project and how risk mitigation are prepared by using Value at Risk (VAR) model , the case study of High Pressure Grinding Rolls Project in PT. XYZ. The market, the financial, the reserves and the production forecast for PT XYZ Processing Plant are dynamics, the production forecast which is driven by exploration programs which lead to mineable reserves, mine development plan and eventually Mill capacity review plan to achieve the most economical benefit based on the Contract of Work with Government of Indonesia.
