Kelompok Manajemen Program dan Proyek Digitalisasi (KMPPD) serves as the Project Management Office (PMO). KMPPD is responsible for monitoring all digitalization projects within the Departemen Layanan Digital dan Kemanan Siber (DLDS). Currently, the project monitoring process still relies on the use of Microsoft Excel-based worksheets. This dependence on manual processes creates various obstacles. This Final Project aims to design and develop a web-based project monitoring application to accommodate the specific needs of KMPPD. The development methodology used refers to the Waterfall model, starting from the analysis phase through to testing. The application's functionality design is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th Edition framework. Technically, the application is implemented using a layered architecture design. The application is composed of main modules, such as project and program management, work breakdown structure, milestone schedule, risk register, issue log, dashboard, and user management. The implementation of 53 functional requirements was successfully carried out and has successfully passed unit testing and integration testing.
