PT. Kotak Merah is a company providing services and materials to support construction activities. PT. X is originating from European country that is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA). In its operations, PT. Kotak Merah adopts and implements ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into its business strategy, which are applied globally. This implementation takes form of products and social activity. The product related implementations includes product development, application of Circular Economy (CE), and the use of modular product types. Whereas, the social implementation includes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities which adapted to the local conditions of each Market Operations. To analyse internally the implementation, Author conducted analysis ot PT. Kotak Merah’s sustainability report from the year 2021 to 2023, as well as performed VRIO analysis. The analysis then supplemented with questionnaire and interviews with various position. From the external, the Author used PESTEL and SWOT analyses which followed by TOWS matrices. It can be concluded that ESG implementation is mandatory for supporting business sustainability, however it is must accompanied by comprehensive socialization and implementation across internal functions of PT. Kotak Merah.
