This research purpose is to help the owner idetifying all cost that happen inside X. With identifying the cost, the owner can make decision reffering to the research and Warnet MitraCom can slowly increase the profit with the strategic decision that made by the owner with reffering to the research report. The amount of hours that used to estimate the total hour in one yar is not in the full time. For the time of opening hour that used to calculate the total hour in one year is the average because it is impossible if the computer full operate in one day. There must a rest time for the computer and for the day of opening is also the average of working days that searching the effective working hours that already minus by the holida and the maintenance of the computer and also if there are some problems that the computer and warnet can't open.
