Ticketing division is the spearheading of the promoter company in selling and distributing tickets to the patrons. The current ticket sale and distribution system in most international concert promoter company currently used has resulted inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the ticketing division performance. The main problem is the in-existence of a powerful catalyst that can support, drive and accelerate the main work of ticketing division, which is selling and distributing tickets to patrons. In this case, the author tries to solve problems by utilizing ecommerce technology and re-engineering the old information system with the new one.
