There are many points resulting from the analysis. In term of business competition landscape, X has many competitors but there are no local competitors that play in premium class just like X. It means that it will be differentiation compare to other luthier in Indonesia. X also has some strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. In general, people perception toward X brand is that its quality is very good but expensive in pricing. Besides that, the owner also admits that they also have some internal weaknesses other than marketing, which impact on operational and financial.
