This research was executed on July 2010 in North Bandung area using qualitative and quantitative method and 250 respondents ITB students and 2 college student's residence owner. One of the problems faced today in many college student's residence at North Bandung, there are still many students who are didn't satisfied with the services provided by their residence. It is because many college student's residence owners don't know what are the needs of the students. Therefore, in the process of making a college students' residence in North Bandung have also noticed that the desired of the students, so students become satisfied and comfortable to live there.
