The methodology for this final project consists of five steps. First is identifying the objective of the project. Second is studying the literature used which is as a guideline in making this project. Third is collecting the data. Fourth is designing and analyzing the project. Fifth is conclusion and recommendation. In the designing and analyzing the project, this research will use some methods from the literature. The first method is planning that consist of work breakdown structure, responsibility matrix, network diagram. Second is scheduling which is consisting of Gantt chart and critical path method using Activity on Node. Third is worker allocation which is used planned resource utilization chart. Fourth is planning the budget by calculating the total and cumulative budget cost, and making the budget curve.
