As the number of business grows, the competition level is also higher. In order to survive when doing business, a strategy should be built. What strategy should be taken on its business process is based on its customers, winning customers in this case can create winning for the business itself. To be able to grab customers there should be something that differentiate one business to another. The situation mentioned above is also going on the hair salon business. The competition has become tighter as the number of hair salon increases, so opportunities and other potential service should be analyzed. That is why in this research, the identification of male customers' perception and expectation are being studied, where male customers are seen is another opportunity in establishing stronger business.
