Industrial sectors have been subjected to a high degree of technological disruptions due to the accelerated digitalisation of the economy, which has resulted in dramatic market shifts. According to research, implementing modern innovations, such as industry 4.0 innovations, makes businesses more efficient. This research aims to see whether Industry 4.0 has a minor or significant influence on Indonesia's logistics industry. Based on a review of the literature on Industry 4.0 and the Indonesian logistics industry, a case study is conducted. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the research will only focus on one prominent logistic firm in Indonesia, PT. Sukma Putra Sarana. The study case will include an interview with PT. Sukma Putra Sarana and the innovator of technologies, PT. Sati Akbar Solusindo, as well as a review of PT. Sukma Putra Sarana operational data.
