Housing is one of the important needs in every human, because of that, much house developers still compete to create kind of real estate that support today people needs. Beside the needs, the environmental issue become a big problem for the developer to construct the conventional way, because of that apartment is one of the best alternative that could be linking the environment issue & people needs. To construct an apartment site, developer needs to conduct a feasibility study to determine whether the projected investment is feasible or not feasible. Feasibility Study consist of several analysis aspect, in this final project, writer only analyze the market and financial aspect. The financial aspect including determine the NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of return) that become the indicator of the investment
