Gas turbine is one of the engines that is commonly used in oil and gas industry as mechanical drive to run compressor. When the engine is being manufactured, the engine needs to be tested to verify whether the engine meets the specification. Since the ambient condition affect gas turbine performance, the condition needs to be standardized. In this study, the performance of THM1304 gas turbine engine manufactured by MAN Energy Solution is analysed to verify the engine performance in standard conditions and the performance characteristic of the engine. The study was done by doing calculation and perform correction from the engine performance test to standard condition and determine whether the engines tested meet the specification. Additionally, the study also describes the performance of the engine across load and the performance of the engine if the process is isentropic. The calculation results showed that both engines pass the specification cited by the manufacturer. Both engines perform similarly with one of the engines shows a slightly higher performance. The isentropic process shows higher power and efficiency, but with higher fuel consumption.
