Abstrak: Application of multivariate statistics in geo-chemistry, geochemometrics, to data obtained from Mass Spectral analysis of volatiles and semi-volatiles in soils is exemplified and applied to detection of ultratrace amounts of perchloro-ethylene (PCE) and tricholoroethylene (TCE).
