As of today, GPSS suffered from its low Occupancy Rate, which is equal to 12%. This figure is still far from the company’s target which is 70%. Using three analyses: Company Analysis, Industry Analysis and Targeted Customer Analysis, this Final Project will formulate business solutions that cost as low as possible, yet have big impacts. The data used are primary data which consist of company’s internal data and questionnaires. Based on those analyses, there are three issues that need attention the most: the marketing issue, office issue and trainer issue. Thus, in chapters III and IV the business solutions with its implementation plan will be proposed, which require a Rp 19 million for 2013.
