This research uses the exploratory research of historical data, depth interviews, and literature studies. Depth interviews are focusing to the owner of the company, staff, and consumers. This research was designed to see the effectiveness of the Web site as a core media and brand awareness level from Spotlight-based interviews, and Web site performance data from Google analytics. Results from the analysis indicate that the Web site does provide quite an effective performance. Meanwhile, in terms of marketing, consumers are still not particularly familiar with the existence of Spotlight as a brand.
