The result of this research suggests that PT. X should implement the aid of technological information, specifically Microsoft Project, to smooth out the business process because this particular program can assist the company to a more organized state. Another recommendation is to implement the method of earned value management to prevent the company from imbalance within a project, with such factors of time, cost and quality. These two recommendations hopefully will be able to prevent the exact issue from occuring again in the future.
