This project will be able to answer the list of indicators and factors that influenced the performance of XYZi Travel in the form of Key Performance Indicators and its score. Due to the limitation of the data, the formula used to gather and analyze the data is flexible to the circumstances. This project is also a preface in initiating performance measurement in XYZi Travel.
