The model used in this research in assessing the organizational culture is Denison Organizational Culture Model which introduced by Denison in 1990. This model has 4 cultural traits (adaptability, mission, consistency involvement) each culture trait has 3 indices. In gathering the data, the researcher spread 45 Denison organizational culture survey questionnaires to get the existing culture.
