By the proper risk management, that company should know first the probability and severity caused by that risk by measure it. The measurement is important to prepare them in minimize the risk and be more prepare of it. Through this research, the researcher is trying to apply the proper risk management concept in PT. X by following the series of risk management process steps. This research also provides the recommendations for PT.X, which is to minimize risks by using the action resulted from this research.
