Bandung is the fourth largest city in Indonesia. The existence of many colleges makes this city known as city students. Cool weather and the exotic atmosphere of the city also makes this city was chosen as the destination city Also, one thing that takes priority is the culinary tour visitors with diversity and taste. Taste of India is one of the many who tried fortune in the culinary industry competition in Bandung Towards year business career, Taste of India has offered original and delicious taste of Indian cuisine. Another opportunity owned by Taste of India is the Indian cuisine business rivalry not yet seen. Thus, the Taste of India has a great chance to win the competition However, competition does not merely see the competitors in terms of Indian restaurants. To survive the intense competition culinary industry in Bandung, Taste of India should also be able to compete with the entire competitors that do not offer Indian cuisine. Ironically, sales condition of Taste of India is very bad. Largest number of customers who came is only 13 people According to this research, Taste of India has fairly severe problems in the field of marketing. In fact, the market is not attracted even they barely know the existence of Taste of India in the Bandung culinary industry. In connection with the above problems, the analysis was made of research on quality assessment and customer satisfaction for Taste of India. The purpose of this study was to find the problems faced by the Taste of India that resulted to a poor sales situation. To collect data, the first step taken was to obtain observation in order to get customer's point of views followed by conducting interviews with Taste of India management. After that, researcher conducted FGD to know what important variables should be owned by a good restaurant. Then, the points in the FGD result were formulated into questionnaires to determine the level of quality assessment and customer satisfaction. This study includes an analysis of aspects of restaurant ambience, restaurant design, quality service and products The results referred to the conclusions and recommendations of research From the results of research, a point of consumer dissatisfaction came up from the poor state of the internal atmosphere and ambience. Therefore, management is recommended to change the atmosphere of the restaurant becoming more comfortable and attractive so the level of customer satisfaction and market
