With the increasing trend in Indonesia of conducting business in the farming area, oyster mushroom plantation is just another alternative within this trend. Oyster mushroom has high nutritional value and low price, a condition whereas it has become a certain trend at present time. This condition will most likely become a valuable factor for oyster mushroom to compete with other farm produced foods that are usually consumed by Indonesian people. Realizing the fact that nowadays there is a high demand of oyster mushroom product, the business plan of Cinagara oyster mushroom plantation is made through market research, interviews conducted with professionals in this subject and several other analyses that will mostly support the feasibility study of the business.
