In this research the writer wants to analyze PT X especially the shampoo manufacturing in manage the risk they faced. Along with the increasing production demand it also will generate some of risk. The company should able to manage and control it if they want to keep consistence and success in their production process. In the end of this research the writer will give several recommendations to the PT X related to their operational risk management. So that they can develop their operational activities and control the risk that may occur in the future.
