To conduct the studies, researchers firstly conduct a direct field observations followed by focus discussion group (FGD) of the customers and interviews with the owner of X. From the collected data the researcher able to know the aspects of what customers needed. From those aspects the researcher made questions to help the researcher to conclude what X's need to attract customers.
