GluN2B is the most studied subunit of Nmethyl-
D-aspartate receptors (NMDARs) and implicated in
the pathologies of various central nervous system disorders
and neurodegenerative diseases. As pan NMDAR antagonists
often produce debilitating side effects, new approaches in drug
