Technology can be very difficult to understand, IT Department is a single most helpful tool for anything
technology related. The IT Department, in this case is IT Help Desk, can help the user with anything from
hardware or software issue resolution. It could also supply the user with training that necessary to operate or
maintain the user’s hardware or software. The IT Help Desk can also help the users obtain new hardware or
software packages, if needed. The problem arises if the IT Help Desk staffs are limited while the user’s problem
rises in a big number. This paper is aimed to help the users in order to solve their Computer problem. Therefore
it needs one media as the bridge between IT Help Desk and user to help the user can solve the trivial computer
problem. This software could guide the user to identify what the problem is and give a solution by using rulebased
reasoning in term of forward-chaining of inference engine. Furthermore, it could also be an efficient way
to reduce the IT Help Desk job.
