The result from this research concluded that there is a significant differences between positive and negative images of Bali Island which created by the tourists. Most of the respondents, both local and international tourists have a positive image about Bali Island. Moreover, there is something to be to be concerned, the researcher could also analyzed the most often information sources that used by the tourist to collect insight about their destination within this research. And based on the research result, it shown that the majority of respondents using direct information from friends and family, and also internet as the information source if they want to gain more insight about their holiday destination. The role of travel agent was not significantly influenced the tourist to get the information which then will become one of the important media on pre-visit destination image formation.
