Stress management system has become more popular as an option for maintaining employees in some company. A survey of companies in California shows that 13 percent of the companies had a functional stress management program, the survey shows that stress management can be effectively used in near future for maintaining the employees than any other health program (Fielding and Breslow, 1983). Stress management has some particular purposes such as educating workers about nature and sources of stress, improving workers’ recognition over stress symptoms, and developing helpful skills to create a state of relaxation.
