This final project try to show the difference of both financing calculation that compete each other to snatch away the potential applicant through financial analysis approach. It consist sample real calculation which implemented in a syariah bank and conventional to be reference in the comparison. The result hoped can give explanation to the reader in commonly and also academician in the especially about the calculation that become the principle. So, the reason end result of the calculation looks similar can be answered.
