Company performance is very important to internal or external company condition which can affect all of company aspects. To support performance of company, there are several aspects which must be considered such as people, process, and technology. All of aspect will support performance of company. Significant aspect that affects company performance is company process. Each process always involves people and technology. The company can establish if consider about factors which is affect performance of company such as productivity cost, marketing cost, customer satisfaction, quality of product or service, and customer relationship. How to manage all of these factor, company have to create strategies which can support performance of company.
