In this final project, NPV (incremental NPV) is used as criterion/objective function in choosing optimum infill well location. Then universal kriging is proposed as the substitute of ordinary kriging in creating NPV distribution map. Map resulted from universal kriging is compared to the map from ordinary kriging and static reservoir characteristics map. True NPV distribution map is used as reference. Map from universal kriging is more accurate in predicting the optimum well location.
