In this final paper, the role of innovative selling which can be generated through salesperson's action to the success of small business was discussed. The innovative selling concept is a concept of selling that found by Stephen Shapiro which is the professional advicer for sales problem. This concept said that the most effective selling concept is by increasing the approachment of customer. The other concept that used by writer is Small Business Success concept. This Innovative Selling Concept will be compared to the success of small business criteria, in order to solve the problem statment.
