This study was aimed to know (1) influence of transactional, trans formational leadership, charismatic, traditional ledership on TQM; (2) influence of transactional, trans formational leadership, charismatic, traditional leadership on company performance; (3) influence of TQM on company performance .The samples of this research were as much as 644 officers in cold storage company. The result of structural equation analysis showed that the transactional leadership influenced signifi cantly on TQM. The trans formational leadership influenced leadership didnt influence on TQM. The charismatic leadership influence signi ficantly on TQM. The traditional leadership influenced on TQM. The transactional leadership influenced signifi cantly on company performance. The transformational leadership didnt influence on company performance. The charismatic leadership influenced signi ficantly on company performance. The traditional leadership didnt influence on company performance TQM didnt influence on company performance. Whereas charismatic leadership had most significant influence on TQM, and the transactional leadership had most significant influence on company performance.
