Emotional intelligence has become an important part of achieving performance and has been proven by previous research. Self-awareness and motivation are part of emotional intelligence, and motivation itself can be influenced by a sense of belonging. Employee performance have to manage because it will be contribute to the productivity and effectiveness of the company. So that the company can compete with competitor and deal with the dynamic environment. The importance of managing performance is needed for the company to adapt and compete with the competitor in any circumstances. This research study is to collect data and insight about employee performance based on self-awareness and sense of belonging level in employee. The hypotheses of the research employee that work with all of their best performance is employee who have good self-awareness and sense of belonging in each employee and gives positive effect towards that employee performance. Sample of the research consisted of 100 employee in one of Indonesian state own enterprise, namely PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk in Cilegon City, Indonesia. Self- awareness and Sense of belonging in each employee was measure by questionnaire with lickert-scale and employee performance was gather from internal enterprise data. And then, data is analyzed through Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square with 95% confidence interval. The results is Self-awareness and Sense of belonging have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
