Setiabudi 27 Apartement is a building that consist of 12 floors and 3 basement floors which is functioned for residence on Setiabudi Street No. 315, Bandung. One of facilities that support the apartment is parking place. Parking place is on first floor basement, second floor basement, and third floor basement. The amount of parking place is 165 parking space units for 165 apartment units. The composition of parking space units which is needed is 131 parking space units for car and 35 parking space units for motorcycle. Vehicle circulation is determined based on the ease of the driver to get access to the parking space without a dead end. The circulation of the vehicle used is a looping system so that the driver stays on a floor before deciding to go down to the next floor because the previous floor has been fully loaded with vehicle parked. Based on primary data, Setiabudi Street has traffic jam in peak hour and needs a recommendation to reduce traffic jam. The recommendation that can be implemented to reduce traffic jam at Setiabudi Street is making oneway system with utilizing Sersan Sodik Street for directions to Lembang and Setiabudi Street for directions to Bandung. The construction and operation Setiabudi Apartemen 27, it will not have a significant impact of increasing traffic volume both on Setiabudi Street and Sersan Sodik Street. Even so, there is some recommendations to handling impacts of constructions and operations Setiabudi 27 Apartement to reduce the traffic accident potentials. If analysis is done as developer plan that has five towers, VCR parameter values is still low so the operation of five towers doesn’t reduce the performance of Sersan Sodik Street and Setiabudi Street. Ecodrainage design in Setiabudi 27 Apartemen consist of drainage channel, sterilization pool, storage pool, and water container. Drainage channels consist of 3 types, namely S1, P1, and P2, each measuring 20x20 cm, 20x20 cm, and 30x30 cm. Rainwater falls in the area will be used for non-comsumption purposes.
