Interviews as way of gathering data shows that the company fulfills its orders mostly in time but the company also having other problems as the result. The research shows that the company needs improvement from its current state, in order to gain better performance.Using benchmarking method, this final project tries generating recommendations of improvement for X Plating Co., Ltd. The suggestion is purposed to help the company in formulating business process improvement and maintain a stable condition of process so that giving advantages in competing in the market.
