The purpose of this research is to determine how significant the improvement of service quality X Restaurant to increase competitive strength. Then the writer would like to help X Restaurant management to make some settlement problems are faced by this restaurant, both in improving the quality of service and promotion program strategies that effectively and efficiently. In this research, the writer used 2 methods of research, namely Exploratory Research (Qualitative Data), such as In - Depth Interview and Field Observation; and Descriptive Research (Quantitative Data), such as Questionnaires. In the Field Observation, the writer observed all the events directly what happens in the restaurant and theirs competitors. Then, the writer created some questions to interview a number of respondents and the X Restaurant management, where the writer will get a few things that were faced by the X Restaurant, and what should be improved by the management of the X Restaurant to become better.
