This research have aims to make a X Preferred servicescape reposition. An observation and in-depth interview are conducted to find out servicescape fundamental problems and to captured what customers are really wanted for the next X Preferred lounge servicescape.At the end, writer found several gap which need for some solutions in order to get improvement to achieve a superior servicescape performances. Those solutions leads to an answer which have to be applied in a new servicesscape design proposal for the future X Preferred lounge servicescape improvement.
