In order to maintain the quality of their service, Bersih Sehat Bandung that implementing ISO standardization should keep the consistency of their process and make the actual process always align with their standards. It can be seen from the total respondents of Bersih Sehat, there are several respondents who dissatisfied about the service of Bersih Sehat. To develop the company performance, maintain their quality of service, and to avoid customer dissatisfaction about Bersih Sehat Bandung services. The research was being analyzed using theoretical foundation about the quality of service and workplace management theory. The methodologies that used on this final project are Check Sheet method, Pareto Chart analysis and Current Reality Tree analysis.
