COVID-19 Pandemic has been spreading across the world which is known to be caused by the new strain of coronavirus, namely SARS-CoV-2. Herbal drug is one of the alternative medicines that is commonly used by people in Indonesia to treat and prevent COVID-19. Immune system plays a huge role in the elimination of viral infection, thus, a lot of people seeking a treatment that can enhance their immune system such as immunomodulator. This study aimed to help identifying the trends among herbal drugs endorsed by the Ministry of Health as COVID-19 preventive or additional treatment. The research was done using the secondary data collected from Google Trends in the form of Relative Search Volume (RSV). The RSV for each search topics were tested against the weekly confirmed case of COVID-??ð???¸??±?ð  ­??± ?? ???®???±? ?ð???±????? addition, 2 herbal drugs having the highest interest were compared with 2 conventional drugs having the highest interest as a comparison. The research shown that there happened to be an influence of COVID-19 looking by the statistically significant positive correlation between the trends of some herbal drugs and the weekly confirmed case which are Piper betle (r= 0.356; Pvalue= 0.000), Zingiber officinale (r= 0.282; P-value= 0.004), and Orthosiphon aristatus (r= 0.196; P-value= 0.045). The immunomodulator herbal drug having the highest interest is ginger (Zingiber officinale). The interest of herbal drugs seems to be more stable than the interest of conventional drug. The peak of search for both herbal drugs and conventional drugs happened around the same time.
