25 CHAPTER III RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Figure 3. 1 Research Design Diagram III.1 RESEARCH DESIGN This research will be conducted as designed in Figure 7 above. In order to achieve a clarity on its flow, the research design diagram above provides the process flow of this research. The diagram explains several stages as listed below : 1. Research Objectives Research objectives is the goals that researcher would like to achieved by running several focus of parameters related to the strategy for MIND ID. 2. Research Question Research questions are constructed based on the research objectives that has been stated in Chapter 1. 3. Data Collection Given that this research is a qualitative-based, therefore the data collection method will be provided by interview both from internal and external parties. The detail information about Data collection will be describe in sub-chapter III.2 below. 4. Analysis The next stage of this research design is doing the analysis to purposed strategy which will be elaborated in sub-chapter III.3 below. The Analytical Strategy Performance will 26 be done by running several methods both internal and external to generate strategy development, performance projection, and short term initiatives. 5. Findings The last part of this research design to find any essential information and data to support at least short term strategy of MIND ID. III.2 DATA COLLECTION METHODS This research is using both primary and secondary qualitative data. Data collection done by semi-structured interview which will be held to some interviewees both from internal and external of MIND ID as holding company. Several questions will be sent to some interviewees and will be continued by a face-to-face interview to discuss the topic any further. Written answer will be considered for some interviewees, due to the interviewee’s limited schedule for interview session. The data generated will be proceed for some assessment qualification, and finding information to be analysed. Meanwhile, secondary qualitative data will be collected from annual reports, company release/report, journals and any credible sources available publicly. Some quantitative data might be required in this research to support a certain analysis. The methodology in collecting data and gathering information shown in Figure 8. Below. 27 Figure 3.
